EYE PRIMER
I can not say it enough, the importance of putting a primer or some concealer on before you apply eyemake up is key to good make up .
why???
a) Eye make up especially mascara and eyeliner can stain your very precious and delicate eye skin
b) It avoids those heinous lines
c)  gives the eye make up something to cling too, thus lasting longer
if your to broke to buy a good quality rimer and dont feel like applying a full face off make up you can apply base and blend then set with some powder.
the eye lid has tonnes of natural oils which keep it moisturized and keep your eye make up smudging.

for a natural defined eye for day to day I use my kryolan pallette one tone lighter on the lid and shadow the crease with two tones darker.
also creme shadows have serious staying ability if not applied in excess.

great eye primers :
MAC PREP AND PRIME FOR EYES-
make sure you pic the right skin tone and also seal with prep and prime powder this stuff is gold

NYX eye primer
now this is cool comes in three different shades for different purposes
white - for colorful eyes
pearl- for that natural dewy eye
skin tone- for any smokey eyes with tonnes of liner

SMASHBOX
 obviously everyone loves it
 - this is just all round great for any color palette
creates a seamless look without any lines and application after you have applied this is smooth and easy

Three everyday essentials for any girl...

Any girl knows the most important thing about make up is a good base...
these are three things you can wear everyday without completely killing your skin.

moisturize your face before doing any of this!

start with a light coverage  base
MAC face and body-

something which can be layered to create a dewy natural complexion without caking.
I suggest applying this with your fingers in a dabbing action.
it isn't essencial to apply base all over your face everyday.
try only doing any discolored spots and around the eyes (especially if your an eyeshadow/eye make up fan, it is important to have a base to work on, eye shadows and liners are the main cause of wrinkles and discoloration)

add a few highlights to get some glow on the highest planes of your face..
MAC strobe cream unlike the liquid (which you apply underneath) wont dissolve your base

get in the blush game... for a natural everyday look, I recommend the MAC cream-blend blushes
they come in a variety of colors however if your contouring your cheek bones TEA PETAL (a brick tone) then blushing the apple of your cheeks with SOMETHING SPECIAL (coral) these colors tend to work on any complexion.
